Overview
The project is to create an internal sales tool for Securitas to roll out globally in their organisation with integration to their CRM and where the person in contact with a potential client will capture all details about potential security risks at a client site and all mitigation measures Securitas can offer and present it in a professional sales report.

Role
Working as a Lead UX designer for this project. UX research, gathering invaluable user and client insights through the workshops held by our consulting team. Creating prototypes for user testing. Follow the Securitas Design system and create UI designs based on the design system. Extensively usage of Figma Variables in this project, which made my and developers life easier.

Overview
Kolly wants to develop a completely new and innovative purchasing system that simplifies ordering and order processing for players in the large household industry.

Role and reponsibiltiy:
Worked as a Lead UX designer for this project. Research methods used - User interviews, Field study, Card sorting. Gathering user and client insights through the workshops held by our consulting team. Understanding requirements, processes & existing system, Brain Storming sessions, Solution ideation, Prototype creation, Review with different stakeholders, enhanced existing design system as per business need. Creating the design system. Extensively used Figma Variables in this project, which made my and developers life easier.

App in a nutshell
Vibb’s app provides live energy data such as todays, tomorrows and historic data of the power prices,  yesterdays consumption and estimations for the todays consumption, consumption history, invoices as well as information related to electricity in Norway.

Role
Understand product specifications and user psychology. Find ways to solve business and UX problems. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success. Develop wireframes and prototypes around the customers' needs. Work with the implementation of attractive design development. Keep up to date with competitor products and industry trends. Translate business and user needs and technology constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use and engaging.

The Elekt app is accessible to all, regardless of whether you are an electricity customer or not. With Elekt, you can monitor and control all your invoices, view historical spot prices, compare electricity consumption with spot prices, and track your compensation payments. The app also provides you with valuable grid insights, including an overview of costs associated with peak usage and distribution, as well as an estimate of your current month's grid costs

I worked as the lead designer in this project. My task was to understand product requirements and user psychology. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, business requirements, user needs, technical requirements for designs that are visually appealing and easy to use. Keep up to date with competitor products and industry trends. Concept development. Conduct user testing. Create user journey and user flow.
